
There has been a new satellite launched. The Optus D2 satellite will replace Optus B3, which has been in operation since 1994, hence nearing the end of its life. The new generation D-series will offer increased satellite performance and sustained longevity of your Christian TV channels. The migration of the transponders onto the D2 satellite will occur early in the morning of January 22nd, 2008.
There will be a frequency change for all transponders; so you will need a technician to help you re-scan your set top box. The satellite will be in the same location so there will be no need to re-align your dish.
